Infrastructure Policy

The rules and responsibilities that apply to our domain, hosting, SMTP, VPS, and dedicated server services. Please read this before you order.

This Infrastructure Policy applies to the domain registration, web and shared hosting, SMTP and email, VPS, and dedicated server services provided by ViserLab LLC ("ViserLab", "we", "us", or "our"). It explains how these services may be used, the responsibilities that come with them, and the limits of what we can guarantee. Because these services often share infrastructure with other customers, these rules protect everyone on our network. By ordering or using any of these services, you agree to this policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Customization Policy, and Direct Selling Item Policy.

1

Services This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all of the following services:

  • Domain registration, renewal, and transfers.
  • Shared and web hosting plans.
  • SMTP and email sending services.
  • VPS (virtual private servers).
  • Managed and unmanaged dedicated servers.
2

Acceptable Use

You must not use our hosting, network, or servers for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk email, and the use of purchased, rented, or scraped mailing lists.
  • Phishing pages, fraud, or any content designed to deceive others.
  • Malware, viruses, trojans, exploits, hacking tools, or malicious bots.
  • Attacks against our servers or those of others, including denial of service attacks and botnets.
  • Open proxies, anonymizers, CGI-IRC, and similar abusive scripts.
  • Pirated software, warez, or any material that infringes copyright or other rights.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or other activity that abuses shared server resources.

We may suspend or terminate any service used for these activities immediately, without notice and without a refund.

3

Fair Use and Server Resources

Shared and web hosting plans run on a fair use basis. Your usage of CPU, memory, processes, storage, files, and bandwidth must not negatively affect the performance or stability of the server for other customers.

Shared hosting is not intended for resource-heavy tasks such as mass email, heavy cron jobs, mining, or use as a file storage or backup service. If your usage is excessive or harms the server, we may throttle, suspend, or ask you to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server.

4

Email and SMTP Sending

Our SMTP and email services must be used responsibly and in line with anti-spam laws. You agree to:

  • Send only to recipients who have agreed to receive your messages.
  • Never use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • Include a valid unsubscribe option and a real sender identity.
  • Stay within any sending and rate limits we apply.

A single spam complaint or blacklisting can affect every customer on a shared mail server, so we enforce this strictly. We do not guarantee inbox placement or deliverability, as these depend on factors outside our control, and we may suspend any service that generates spam complaints.

5

VPS and Dedicated Servers

For VPS and dedicated servers, your responsibilities depend on whether the service is managed or unmanaged:

  • Managed: we handle core server management, security patching, and configuration within the agreed scope.
  • Unmanaged: you are fully responsible for the operating system, software, security, updates, configuration, and backups, while we maintain the underlying hardware and network.
  • You are responsible for everything that runs on your server and for keeping it secure. A compromised server that threatens our network or other customers may be suspended until it is resolved.
6

Domain Registration

Domain names are registered through third-party registrars and are subject to the rules of ICANN and the relevant registry. The following apply:

  • Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once they have been processed.
  • You are responsible for renewing your domain on time. We are not responsible for the loss of a domain caused by late or failed renewal.
  • Expired domains may incur redemption or restoration fees set by the registry.
  • You must provide accurate registrant details, and a domain may be locked from transfer for a period after registration or transfer, as required by ICANN.
7

Backups and Your Data

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your hosting or server. Any backups we keep are provided as a courtesy, are not guaranteed, and should never be relied upon as your only copy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, and we strongly recommend that you maintain regular, independent backups.

8

Uptime and Maintenance

We work hard to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. From time to time we carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance, and we will try to give advance notice of planned work where possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or loss of business caused by maintenance, hardware failure, network issues, third-party providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9

Billing, Renewals, and Non-Payment

Hosting, SMTP, VPS, dedicated, and domain services are billed on a recurring basis, and you are responsible for paying and renewing on time. If a service is not renewed or paid for, we may suspend it, and continued non-payment may lead to termination and the permanent deletion of the data on that service. A reactivation fee may apply to restore a suspended service. Deposits and service fees are handled under our Refund Policy.

10

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any service immediately if it is used in breach of this policy, for any illegal activity, for non-payment, or if it creates a security or stability risk to our network or other customers. No refund or credit will be given for any service interruption caused by a violation of this policy.

11

IP Addresses

Any IP addresses assigned to your service are provided for your use while the service is active and remain the property of ViserLab or its upstream providers. You do not own assigned IP addresses, and we may change them where necessary for operational, network, or security reasons.

12

Limitation of Liability

All hosting, domain, SMTP, and server services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViserLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use these services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Infrastructure Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect means that you accept the updated policy.
